Dorper sheep from Quinta dos Outeiros are an excellent choice for sheep farming. Originally from South Africa, they are known for their robustness and adaptability to various weather conditions.
These sheep are highly profitable due to their ability to achieve high weight gains even on a basic diet. This characteristic allows for the production of quality lamb at lower costs. Dorper sheep also possess strong maternal qualities, and multiple births are common.
The Dorper breed is an ideal breeding partner for increasing the growth rate of lambs from other sheep breeds. Crossbreeding with Dorpers also reduces the need for shearing in the second or third generation, as the animals naturally shed their wool.
Dorpers offer high yield with minimal input: they grow quickly with simple feeding, making them efficient and cost-effective. With Dorper sheep, farmers benefit from reduced labor and increased productivity.

Angus cattle: the best choice for your livestock farm
Angus cattle originate from Scotland and are well known for their tender, finely marbled meat, which is especially appreciated by our customers. These animals grow quickly, require minimal concentrated feed, and still deliver high yields—making them ideal for efficient and economical farming.
Angus cattle are robust and easily adapt to different climates. They are naturally polled (hornless), which simplifies herd management. Angus cows also have excellent maternal qualities, ensuring easy calving and healthy, vigorous calves.
Crossbreeding with Angus bulls can significantly enhance the meat quality of other cattle breeds. With Angus cattle, farmers benefit from low-maintenance care and outstanding results.

Why our Havaneses are the perfect companions for you
Our Havanese dogs are cheerful, intelligent, and affectionate companions that bring daily joy. With their curious and friendly temperament, they are known for their uplifting presence and make excellent family pets.
Havanese are well-suited for both city and apartment living. Thanks to their adaptability and eagerness to engage, they are also great partners for play, exercise, and canine sports.
Their soft, silky coat is a standout feature. Many people with dog hair allergies report little to no reaction around Havanese dogs. This breed is gentle with children, making it an ideal addition to family life—bringing energy, affection, and happiness into any environment.
All of our dogs, or their ancestors here at Quinta dos Outeiros, are purebred and come with international documentation. We prioritize health and longevity through comprehensive veterinary care, including DNA testing and rigorous health checks to reduce the risk of hereditary diseases.
Our breeding goal is to raise healthy, well-balanced Havanese with stable temperaments and loving personalities—ideal companions for families, singles, and seniors alike.
